What we need to quote accurately
For air freight, dimensional information is particularly important because chargeable weight may be based on volume as well as actual weight. Package count, dimensions, total gross weight, collection postcode, destination airport or delivery address, commodity description and ready date all help us provide a realistic routing proposal.
Customs and regulated cargo
Customs declarations and specialist regulatory work are coordinated with appropriately authorised agents where required. Dangerous, restricted, temperature-controlled or other specialist cargo is subject to additional review and carrier acceptance before any booking is confirmed.
