Good documentation helps prevent avoidable delays
International shipments routinely depend on accurate commercial invoices, packing details, product classifications and party information. We help customers identify the information that carriers, customs agents and destination partners are likely to need.
Customs representation
Where formal customs declarations are required, these may be completed by appropriately authorised customs agents or logistics providers. The customer remains responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information supplied for declarations.
Special documentation
Certificates, licences, proof of origin, inspection documents and other requirements depend on the commodity and route. They are not automatically included in every service and should be confirmed before goods are dispatched.
Before booking
Any service remains subject to written quotation/confirmation, accurate customer information, provider availability and applicable law. Cargo insurance is not automatically included unless expressly stated.
