International freight can be delayed when commercial invoices, packing data, classifications or party details are incomplete. We help organise the information that carriers and customs providers need for the agreed movement.
Formal customs declarations
Where declarations are required, these may be completed by appropriately authorised customs agents or logistics providers. The customer remains responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information supplied.
Licences and specialist documents
Certificates, licences, proof of origin, inspections and other requirements depend on the exact commodity and route. They are not automatically included with every freight service and should be confirmed before dispatch.
Before booking
Any service remains subject to written quotation/confirmation, accurate customer information, provider availability and applicable law. Cargo insurance is not automatically included unless expressly stated.
