1. Lawful trade

AIN Enterprise Ltd aims to facilitate only lawful commercial trade. We may request additional information or decline an enquiry where a commodity, party, country, end use or transaction creates sanctions, export-control, customs, fraud or other compliance concerns.

2. Sanctions and export controls

Customers must provide accurate parties, goods, destinations and end-use information. Transactions may be screened against applicable UK restrictions and provider policies where appropriate.

3. Anti-bribery

We do not support bribery, facilitation payments or improper inducements. Gifts or hospitality must not be used to influence an improper business decision.

4. Responsible sourcing

Supplier introductions are not a guarantee of supplier performance. We encourage proportionate commercial and technical due diligence, clear specifications and documented purchasing terms.

5. Waste and recyclable materials

Material described commercially as scrap, recyclable feedstock or secondary raw material must be classified correctly. Where it is waste, applicable waste-carrier/broker requirements, shipment controls, recovery arrangements and destination-country rules must be followed.

6. Modern slavery and labour standards

We support lawful and ethical supply chains and expect business partners to comply with applicable labour and human-rights laws. Concerns about suspected exploitation connected with an enquiry should be reported to us.

7. Environmental considerations

Where appropriate, we consider efficient consolidation, suitable modes and lawful recovery/recycling routes as part of commercial logistics planning. Environmental claims are not made unless they can be supported for the specific transaction.
